New: 16,000+ Inspection Templates Now Available

One of the most time-consuming parts of setting up a new commissioning project is creating inspection forms. Every discipline needs its own checklists, every client has specific requirements, and every project has unique conditions. Building forms from scratch takes hours — hours that could be spent on actual commissioning work.

Today we're launching a library of over 16,000 pre-built inspection templates, covering a wide range of disciplines and asset types. The library includes templates for mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, pumps, valves), electrical systems (switchgear, cable trays, lighting, fire alarm), civil and structural (concrete, steelwork, waterproofing), and specialist systems (building management, security, lifts).

Every template has been reviewed for completeness and follows industry-standard inspection practices. They include the right fields, the right pass/fail criteria, and the right level of detail for practical use on site.

Using a template is simple. When creating a new inspection in Accord LTE, click "Browse Templates" and search by keyword, discipline, or asset type. Preview any template before selecting it. Once selected, the template populates your inspection form — you can use it as-is or customise it by adding, removing, or reordering fields.

Custom templates you create or modify are saved to your project library, so your team can reuse them without starting over. This is especially valuable for organisations working across multiple projects with similar asset types.

The template library will continue to grow. We're adding new templates regularly based on user requests and emerging industry standards. If you need a specific template that isn't in the library, let us know — we'll prioritise it.
